My name is Angela, and I am the head coach of Mini 1, Firebombs. I am very excited to be working with your children for the season! I look forward to helping and motivating each of them to achieve their personal goals, as well as their goals as a team.
My name is Laurie. I am a fifth grade teacher in the Smyrna School District. I have coached cheer for the past 12 years. I have coached a variety of levels throughout my experience ranging from levels 1-4. As my daughter progressed through her cheer career, I have coached in a variety of settings. I began my coaching career at Delaware Explosion, from there I moved to Tri-State, and more recently as my daughter aged out of all star and transitioned into college cheer, I transitioned out of my coaching home of 7 years New Jersey Spirit Explosion. I believe that cheer should be a fun and rewarding experience. I believe that it’s important for the athletes to learn the appropriate skills conducive to their level, and in a safe, respectful, and technically sound environment. My goal is to train the athletes I coach the technical aspects of their level through proper progression, hands on coaching, and just simply efficient practices. I love coaching and I can’t wait to work with all the athletes at CCE.
